- Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY, if returned within 10 days of delivery to postmark date. If the customer received free shipping from us, an $8 shipping charge will be deducted from the credit if the item returning brings your previous total under the free shipping limit.
Purchases made between 11/18/24 and 12/25/24, will have until 1/3/25 to have returns postmarked to us. The 10 day return window will be waived for the holiday season.
- We do not offer exchanges due to frequent inventory changes.
- Merchandise must be in perfect condition- worn items will not be accepted. Tags must still be in tact, no odor, free of wrinkles. Please fold and button your items in the way it was received to you. We would never send you an item wadded up or unbuttoned so please so please do not return in that condition. If the item is received in an unacceptable condition, a 35% restocking fee will be deducted from your credit.

- Orders cannot be cancelled. We ship quickly and your shipping label is automatically processed. You are welcome to send your items back once you receive them, as long as it follows our policy.
- Lost packages- we will help the best we can, but once your package is out of our hands we are no longer responsible. If the item is marked delivered, you must file a claim with USPS or UPS. We highly suggest purchasing Route at checkout. It is the only way to insure your package.
- If we receive a returned item against policy, your return will not be accepted. The customer will be responsible to have the item shipped back.
